Summary

The proposal is for the Head of INSI to develop an exciting strand of current work which is directly related to the goals of both theWLE in its promotion of work-related and work-based professional learning and also of the mission of LCLL which is to design products for knowledge creation and transfer for The Institute of Education. The proposal also takes on board the need to design and develop CPD approaches at the IOE which can demonstrate a direct connection between staff learning and the impact for students and has within it a methodology for doing so.
