Employability and employer engagement are two of the most important and prominent issues currently facing UK higher education.  This conference will provide a unique opportunity to explore how best the GEES disciplines can address these agendas and rise to the challenge.

Participants will benefit by meeting and networking with many key players, including those from academia, GEES employers, the world of business, the HE Funding Councils, careers services and our current and former students.  The conference keynote speakers will include Hugh Tollyfield, who leads HEFCE’s work in this field, and Paul Redmond (University of Liverpool) a national expert on graduate employability.
