This new, fully online course deals with online education, information and communication. It explores and compares a range of online instructional, interactional and informative spaces and resources on the Internet, addressing such questions as: How do people construct knowledge and social relations in online interaction? What are the potentials and constraints of different forms of representation and communication in online environments? How do notions of time, space, and learning play out in online environments? The course is designed for professionals across the world with an interest in representation and communication in digital environments. They include people working in Online Education (Formal and Informal), Online Public Communication, Online Marketing Communication and Web, Information and Graphic Design.
