Summary

The project aims to increase the use of multimedia resources and to introduce teaching and learning activities which make use of still and moving digital images.

Further goals:

• to enhance already available online course material with digital still and film material by adding images of course team members and authors of briefing papers
• to redesign tasks to include the use of still images
• to produce digital film ‘think pieces’ to accompany briefing papers
• to offer the opportunity to course participants to produce digital film as part of their course participation/coursework

1a. MTeach website to be updated to include digital photographs of MTeach staff 1b Briefing papers to be updated to include digital photographs of authors	Begin October 2005
2 New participants to provide digital photographs, either sent in advance or taken on the induction evening. Participants’ gallery to be added to the website for the LL tutor group (E/I route)	October/November 2005
3 Make 2 digital film ‘think pieces’ for Leading Learning(LL) module	Oct - Nov 2005 – planning/liaison with Teachers TV May 2006  - filming June 2006 – editing
4 Revise the LL briefing papers/tasks to incorporate digital film material (both ‘think pieces’ and still images)	July 2006
