Summary

The project 'Extending our understanding of the role of mentoring and coaching to support staff learning in the workplace' is designed to extend the learning from the staff development peer mentoring and coaching project that has developed over the last academic year at the Institute of Education. There are 12 people in the group from across the Institute, both academic and non-academic members of staff who have taken part in a three-day training course and ongoing monthly meetings. This project has been supported by staff development.
