Summary

This project aims to create resources that can be used by healthcare professionals in their orientation to professional development and reflexive practice. In particular, the project will develop bespoke learning materials that will enable such professionals to both increase their knowledge of issues in specific research areas and to use this knowledge in the creation of reflexive practice. Part of the drive behind this project comes from an increasingly prominent discourse about ‘reflective practitioners' within work settings, particularly within healthcare and education.
