Summary

This project will establish a directory of companies and organisations from a range of different settings that are chosen as good models for encouraging and implementing employee learning.

In the first instance the researcher would compile a list of non-educational organisations from which a smaller number would be selected with a view to developing links between the employers and the WLE Centre. 

The aim would be to establish and share a wider understanding of what work-based learning is about, in different contexts, including local and international organisations based in the London area.
