To further the work of the LPMG with a view to making available, through web-streaming, guidance in the form of DV footage of mentoring activity in the context of student teachers on practical teaching experience. Together with fellow group members to work on a pedagogy of mentor development, develop exemplification material aligning mentor development learning with award-bearing provision at H and M level and examine the implications of guidance on mentoring and coaching for teachers in service.
