Summary

This study conducted by Janet Wallace, Tom Preskett, Vivienne Porritt, Richard Palmer investigates the impact of the innovative approaches to work-based assessment within the Post Graduate Certificate in Consultancy for Leadership Development (PGCLD) on the completion rate and of the work-based assessment within PGCLD on the reflective learning experience of the participants.
